Purebrand reads between lines with Leeds Library campaign

An outdoor poster campaign to promote Leeds Libraries has begun to roll out, created by Purebrand.

The campaign uses popular fiction genres to target commuters with poster sites at railway stations and bus stops and is aiming to engage readers and encourage them to use libraries instead of bookshops.

The campaign is the latest in a series of creative collaborations between Purebrand and Leeds City Council, including the launch campaign for Leeds City Museum.

Nelson McConnell, creative director at Purebrand, explained: “Libraries  have moved on and this campaign invites regular readers to catch up with what’s available nowadays; you can get all the latest titles, the environment’s ideal for browsing, opening times and renewals are much more user friendly, and of course all the books are free to borrow.”
